Celebrate Valentine's Day without sacrificing animals!

Despite the 2013 European ban on exploiting animals for cosmetic testing, France refuses to monitor and regulate the corporations that continue to perform these experiments with impunity. Yet luckily, the One Voice label makes identifying ethically fabricated products easier than ever.

When will France jump on the "cruelty-free" bandwagon?

European regulation has had little effect on motivating French laboratories to change their stance on animal testing. Without penalties or other incentivizing measures in place, companies have no reason to change their routine practices.

The One Voice Label

Rabbits and rodents are the animals most frequently victim to experimentation. Even if the existing laws are not enforced and laboratories maintain outdated methods, alternative solutions do exist. The blue and orange One Voice label clearly marks products that have not been tested on animals— and they are even vegan!

Give compassion!

For Valentine's Day this year, Melvita renewed its certification with One Voice's label initiative. They offer a wide range of products to choose from, including those for both men and women, skin treatments, and perfumes. Many other cruelty-free brands can be found here.

bonjour, je voudrais connaitre votre opinion sur les produits body shop dit pas testé sur les Animaux mais je ne trouve pas leur label dans la charte non teste sue les Animaux merci

Mais.... Melvita vends en Chine où les tests de leurs produits sont obligatoires sur les animaux non ? :-/

Bonjour Marion, la politique de la Chine a évolué, elle n’a pas abandonné les tests sur animaux mais a ouvert la voie et il existe aujourd’hui des moyens permettant de ne pas tester pour le marché chinois. Ce progrès a été obtenu à force de négociation de la coalition dont nous faisons partie et nous continuons le travail dans ce sens sur place. :-)

En ce qui me concerne je n'achète plus que des produits labellisés sans test sur les animaux, même mes brosses à dents. Par contre il est vrai qu'il manque un label pour tous les produits d'hygiène comme le papier toilette, les mouchoirs etc...pour les couches de mon fils je prends des Naty ou des Tidoo, j'espère faire le bon choix. En tout cas, parfum, maquillage, gel douche etc c'est sans test sur les animaux chez moi, et vous?

Encourageons les marques comme Melvita et d'autres qui n'utilisent pas les animaux pour fabriquer leurs produits. Bravo à vous. Comme quoi les alternatives sont possibles sans souffrances animales.
