Professionalism and nonviolence
The association is a stable structure working in continuity and bound by its collective responsibilities. It is animated by associative values in line with its ethic of non-violence, both in its activities and in its internal management. Nonviolent communication is the basis of inter professional and inter human relations from all of the collaborators of this association. All activities of One Voice are conducted with respect for the environment, animals, and that which is also subject to carbon offsetting.
Transparency and freedom
The association only works with the generosity of the public and receives no grants. Its freedom of speech and action is absolute. The annual accounts (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) are validated by a Statutory Auditor, who is himself controlled by the High Council to the Statutory Auditors, and approved by the General Assembly. The status and justification of the expenses incurred by One Voice, as well as the state of the revenue collected, are regularly monitored by the President.
