The Zoe Cell mobilised for beaten geese, also in court for Copain the cat

The geese of a woman escaped to frolic in the garden next door. Surely the grass would have looked greener on the other side. The neighbour then turned on them in front of a witness horrified by the violence of the blows that cost the lives of one of the geese. One Voice will be a civil party to this for acts of cruelty.

In the East of France, the Zoe Cell is also mobilised for Buddy, who in September lost his life to two 9mm bullets just before returning home! One Voice filed a law suit in order for the perpetrator (s) not to remain unpunished.

A couple from Moselle, generous to a fault, had welcomed Copain, a stray cat, who had found in their other cat Tigrou (Tigger) a faithful companion. Copain had been part of the family for three years; he was an integral member of the family.

End of September 2017, their protectors are on vacation and the cats are for a few days under the supervision of the neighbour who knows them well. Tigger and Copain go out for their usual evening stroll in the neighbourhood. Later the neighbour calls Copain who has not yet returned. She hears two gunshots and rushes into the street. She then sees Copain coming out of nowhere and collapsing on the tarmac before he can reach the house. He will die after a few gasps, his main artery perforated by a 9 mm bullet as the autopsy of the veterinarian will reveal.

Tigrou lost his friend; Copain lost his life, because that night a human wanted to kill. This crime cannot remain unpunished.

Les gouvernements français successifs n'ont jamais vraiment rien fait en matière de droit des animaux. Beaucoup de pays européens sont bien plus en avance. Il est urgent de sensibiliser les consciences de tous ceux qui peuvent agir et ne jamais rien lâcher.

L humain ?.....est totalement inhumain avec les animaux . Si la loi était plus sévère il y aurait moins de drames. Car l humain n est pas bon et seule la menace d une punition exemplaire le fait reculer. La Civilisation n a pas apporté une amélioration à cette cruaute gratuite . C est plus facile de s en prendre a un animal et passer sa rage sur lui. Cela me fait mal et il et le chemin de l amour inconditionnel est encore tres long

Indispensable de ne rien lâcher, jamais, que justice soit rendue pour tous ces actes gratuits et barbares. Catherine

Mamie Zette, La bêtise humaine pour reste polie est sans limite Einstein l'a dit il y a bien longtemps ! Les belges sont souvent critiqués pour des raisons de rigolades pas toujours à la hauteur. Le gouvernement a prit depuis déjà des années un ministère de la protection des animaux avec du personnel et des moyens d'interventions. Il serait temps de les copier, et les secours apportés aux animaux seraient mieux pris en compte du fait de dépendre de l'état ! Ces gens sont fous et préméditent bien leurs actes : guetter un animal, être armés et tirer, c'est monstrueux. J'ai deux chattes adorables que j'ai habituées, et d'autres avant de ne pas passer la nuit dehors pour leur sécurité ; malgré cela une chatte toute blanche a été tuée. Je ne peux pas me résoudre à penser que le conducteur ne l'a pas vue : de nuit comme de jour on ne voit qu'elle ! il n'y a eu aucun freinage et je pense même qu'il y a eu un coup de volant pour être sûr de ne pas la manquer, c'est un crime et il y en a tout les jours, qui pourrait être évités comme pour les chouettes et hérissons et les blaireaux, et d'autres. L'humain veut tout dominer et il détruit aussi la nature, faune et flore en plus des animaux. C'est une ignominie qu'il faut faire cesser.Unissosns nous encore plus et nous gagnerons.
