The reoffending abusive breeder finally judged

Between them, they had set up a smuggling ring of animals, medicines and microchips had been hidden, mistreated animals, in short, all done to circumvent the law and exploit these animal companions while making a profit out of their innocent lives, regardless of their well-being and health. Thanks to One Voice's investigative work, the scale of their trafficking has been revealed, the animals have been saved, and these cold-hearted women are being sued.

While she was forbidden to raise animals, Mrs. A. continued her trade of living beings. While letting them perish in unhealthy conditions as their fate was only equal to her greed for the money that she could get out from them.

An historic rescue for the Zoe Cell

In 2014, our investigation and rescue centre thought to save twenty cats, it is an atrocious reality that eventually came out into the open: 181 animals were discovered, all in a deleterious state both mentally and physically.

More than 80 animals were found in June 2014, in an appalling stench. Puppies just a few days old, a kitten crawling in a litter on the ground looking for its mother, a cat in a rabbit cage... but that's not counting the corpses of cats burnt in barrels. Air so bad it burns the lungs. Dozens of sick animals that had to be treated urgently!

Mrs A. was banned from raising animals for reasons of health and hygiene. In February 2015, the gendarmes discovered almost fifty dogs and cats that were hidden at her home and as many as this at the home of her accomplice. In addition to this, veterinary products obtained or given without authorization and without prescriptions. The traffic of electronic chips probably removed from dead cats, and re-implanted into other living cats...

Traumatized animals in need of love and their wounds dressing

At the time, the emerging Zoe Cell, with the help of our partner shelters, made sure to place all the animals with host families, which proved to be extremely loving and became real allies in the re-socialization of those sentient, gentle and intelligent beings so badly abused by these two shameless women.

Among them, Colombe a survivor of this breeding place from hell, was placed in foster care during the summer of 2015 pending the end of the investigation and the final verdict. Unfortunately, her elderly human companion has just died, and this little dog of 11 years had to change family.

In February this year, Colombe met Pascale, her new human companion and his own dog a Bichon Maltese. The agreement between the two white dogs is immediate, and Colombe then meets the whole family, and her new home, filled with the joy of life and animation. A home with several children and active adults. But she has lived many traumatic episodes, and remains fearful.

The contact with the Bichon who is almost the same age as she is a real facilitator. Cuddles, strolls, meals, everything is done in duo, him ahead, protective, her behind withdrawn. And the more she acclimatizes, the more she lowers her guard. Two months after arriving, she begins to wag her tail to express her joy at the time of going out, and to bark nicely at the return from work the father of family.

Pascale tells us: "We get to approach her more easily when our dog is sitting next to her and we caress her. At these moments, she accepts caresses, even on demand. She did not experience the affection of a family in her younger years, she was not used to being touched, caressed."

Given her behavioural problems, to help Colombe, One Voice has taken on a session with Dr. Nathalie Simon, who will help her feel better again.

Long live Colombe, far from the trauma of her youth, and congratulations to those loving animals, human or not, who helped her and still help her to gain confidence in herself and others.

We will be at the hearing of the court of Bergerac July 3^rdto plead for an exemplary punishment for Mrs. A., having made life a nightmare for more than 180 sentient beings like Colombe and they are still struggling to recover today.

Jamais suffisantes les condamnations, ce ne sont pas des jouets, mais des être vivants.

Sans cesse, on apprend la souffrance de chiens et de chats dans les élevages... Et pourtant de nombreuses personnes qui disent aimer les animaux continuent à acheter des animaux dans les animaleries, dans les élevages,...
Un animal est un être sensible à adopter, pas un objet à acheter parce que l'on veut choisir sa race, qu'on le veut bébé, et tout un tas de raisons qui fait que l'on pense d'abord à soi et non aux animaux....
Acheter un animal, c'est payer une personne pour qu'elle fasse se reproduire des êtres sensibles alors qu'il y en a tant qui attendent un foyer dans les refuges ou dans la nature ou même qui sont euthanasiés!!!
Il ne suffit pas de trouver cela monstrueux ce qui se passe dans cetains élevages, il ne suffit pas de signer des pétitions; il est temps de se responsabiliser et d'adopter des animaux à la SPA ou autres refuges ou dans la nature ( combien de chats et chatons agonisent dans la nature...)
J'ai 6 chats trouvés bébés dans la nature, 4 chiens de la SPA dont un yorkshire qui n'avait que 8 mois lorsque je l'ai adoptée ( la personne qui l'avait achetée dans un élevage 1500€ en a eu marre très vite, "un coup de folie" a-t-elle dit) et une petite chienne Bichon de presque 9 ans qui a passé 8 ans de sa vie enfermée dans un box d'un élevage dans le noir à faire des bébés pour enrichir un éleveur... Lorsque la Spa l'a sauvée, elle n'avait jamais été toilettée, était pleine de parasites, a dû avoir l'utérus d'enlevé et bien sûr est très craintive... 8 ans de sa vie enfermée, sans aucune hygiène ( ses poils sont décolorés en raison qu'elle baignait dans son urine et celle de ses co-détenus) à faire des bébés... tout cela pour satisfaire l'envie de nombreuses personnes d'avoir un chiot de la race qu'elles veulent et quand elles veulent...
Que les gens qui veulent acheter un animal pensent bien que pour qu'il puisse acheter un animal , il y a les parents de cet animal , (notamment la mère qui s'est épuisée à faire des bébés ) qui ont eu une vie plus ou moins dramatique... Car dès que le fait de gagner de l'argent entre en jeu, le bien-être d'êtres sensibles passent en second.... Je sais ces personnes répondront que beaucoup d'éleveurs aiment leurs animaux, c'est toujours l'excuse et c'est comme cela que tant d'éleveurs peuvent continuer à gagner leur vie en exploitant des êtres sensibles...
Et pour finir, adopter un animal dans un refuge , c'est en sauver 2: celui que l'on adopte et celui qui va pouvoir prendre sa place dans le refuge.

Ma devise est « aimer c’est laisser libre.. »
On ne doit pas vendre d’animaux. Tous ceux que j’ai eu je les ai trouvés ils étaient abandonnés.Pas de cage pas de bocal. On ne devrait avoir que des chats ou des chiens, les autres dans leur endroit naturel. Et les aimer même si se ne sont pas les siens, car certaines personnes sont égoïstes

Je suis contre les élevages de chiens et de chats ou autres animaux étant donné que les animaux sont tous DES ETRES VIVANTS et non "des marchandises, des objets ou des meubles". Un animal ne s'achète pas et ne se vend pas, les refuges sont pleins à craquer de pauvres animaux abandonnés pour diverses raisons qui ne sont pas excusables, car nous n'abandonnons pas non plus nos enfants lorsque nous partons en vacances ou lorsque nous déménageons......... Cette femme doit être plus que lourdement et sévèrement condamnée et punie d'une condamnation exemplaire avec une interdiction définitive d'avoir un animal. Les animaux n'ont pas à subir ça suffit et ça suffit !Il faut que ces malheureux chiens et chats soient retirés à cette éleveuse et son élevage fermé définitivement afin que ces animaux puissent retrouver la douceur d'un foyer aimant, la douceur de personnes aimant les animaux dans le respect et la considération.
