Que la personne qui a commis ces actes de cruauté soit retrouvé au plus vite, et soit lourdement sanctionné !

C’est incroyable! Il faut être complètement sous l’emprise de l’alcool ou de drogue pour faire des choses pareilles..non? Et de toute façon, aucune excuse. La prochaine fois, ce sera un enfant ou une personne fragile...çà fait vraiment peur..
