The hazards of a deadly shot during a wild boar hunt

On January 20, 2018, three hunters were engaged in a wild boar hunt in Valflaunès in the Hérault. During this abominable hunt, one of the hunters entered a private enclosure and fired his wild boar hunting gun. The size of the animal killed did not surprise him at the time, he realized too late that it was actually a mare, named Olympe.

Olympe was resting peacefully in her field in the presence of another horse, before being mistakenly targeted by a hunter. She had been living with the same family for 16 years, who are very affected by her sudden and brutal death. The bullet hit her in the neck, leaving her in terrible pain.

Hunting, this "leisure sport" is threatening all forms of life

Being able to leave the area of the hunt and then enter a fully fenced off field to finally confuse two animals of radically different proportions, brings up many issues related to security during hunting. The number of animal and even human victims implied by this obsolete practice is absurd.

The owners of Olympe already feared for some time that such an accident would take place, since it is not the first time that hunters entered their private land. Anxious that the worst might happen, they had repeatedly warned the hunters of Olympe's presence and the proximity of the field with the houses. The second horse is fortunately safe and sound.

Nothing could prevent the hunter from entering the field where Olympe was, before cutting her down in a barbaric way. Once again, the sharing of land during the hunting season has shown its limits and has revealed the cruel and destructive consequences of hunting.

Preserving animals in their environment

The petition launched by One Voice aims to provide a radical reform of the practice of hunting in France, until it can be banned completely, in order to better protect all animals (victims and accidental victims) and participate therefore in their indispensable safeguard within nature.

For Olympe, but also for every victim killed, we must ensure that no more animals fall under the blows of Man, merely for profit.

Les chasseurs croient être des régulateurs de la nature mais la nature a existé bien avant l'être humain que nous sommes....
les animaux sont tous prédatés par une espèce et sont tous prédateurs aussi d'une autre espèce dans une nature qui s'autorégule d'elle-même. les dérèglements auxquels nous avons à faire sont causées par ces mêmes chasseurs qui viennent perturber l'équilibre spontané en engraissant par exemple des sangliers par des champs de maïs pour qu'ils soient bons à tuer, en déstabilisant des familles d'animaux sauvages qui perturbés créent des dégâts et reconstituent d'autres meutes ou groupes ailleurs et les forcent à se reproduire plus pour préserver leur espèce menacée et c'est ainsi qu'il y a des surnombres indésirés qui n'auraient pas existé autrement. ces chasseurs sont sous le jouc du lobbie de la chasse qui ne fait que leur mentir pour les attirer dans son filet et nous avons aussi un président de la République qui soutient ce lobbie par pur appât des gains financiers en cautionnant ces actes cruels, inciviques, barbares et immoraux. La chasse a connu ses périodes de nécessité quand l'être humain n'avait pas d'autre choix que la consommation de viande pour survivre mais c'était là une nécessité qui n'existe plus de nos jours dans nos pays hyper industrialisés débordants de ressources alimentaires variées, si la chasse perdure pour un simple plaisir pervers, elle doit être abolie.

Je remercie la justice de faire son travail. Le cheval est un être à sang noble, il nous remonte, il est intelligent, c'est pour cela que nous le considérons comme noble. Il transmet de la noblesse lorsqu'il est de sang. C'est tout de même un peu fort qu'un stupide chasseur tue l'animal d'une personne, son compagnon qui vit à ses côtés pendant trente années. Le chasseur abat l'animal comme s'il abattait un sanglier. Il a tué, c'est un crime, c'est du pénal dans la législation de l'ONU, dans la charte des droits de l'animal. Il est grand temps que la justice fasse du bon travail. L'humanité dégénère de plus en plus, tout est permissif, les gens deviennent malades sans conscience car ils ne servent pas la vie, la loi, la lumière. Que justice soit faite avec un MAXIMUM de paiement financier et emprisonnement. Merci. La terre est déjà la lumière, il est grand temps pour la terre. Que ce chasseur, pour le respect du cheval, de notre humanité, de notre terre, de la loi, de la lumière et pour le respect du bien et de l'âme, reçoive la punition qui s'impose et sans sursis. Merci !Si pas, que la lumière de l'Univers lui envoi, à ce chasseur, LA LECON !

Comment peut-on confondre un sanglier et un cheval ? De qui cet horrible personnage se moque-t-il ? De quel droit a-t-il pénétré sur ce terrain privé ? Ces chasseurs se croient vraiment tout permis !!! Encore un pauvre animal innocent massacré et une famille dans la peine ! Une peine exemplaire doit être appliquée une fois de plus !
