Dolphins in Captivity: One Voice meets Marineland

Last May, after several years of fighting and working with the Environment Ministry, One Voice obtainedthe ban on the reproduction of dolphins and their transfer between dolphinariums. But on July 6^th, the Marineland Park filed an appeal against this order to request a review.

France does not have an independent administrative authority to protect the rights and freedoms of animals. One Voice intends to defend their rights to freedom and lead a life worthy of that name, according to their needs and desires.

Marineland's arguments will not deceive anyone. Who benefits from the reproduction of dolphins in captivity, if not specifically the private companies motivated by profit, such as dolphinariums and their shareholders, because this helps to sustain their trade?

Dolphins suffer precisely from captivity, which flouts their family and social ties, and denies their biological and psychological needs. The authorisation of the reproduction and exchange of dolphins between dolphinariums amounts to inducing a chronic suffering on these gregarious and intelligent animals.

It is indeed curious that Marineland did not worry about the well-being of the orcas when it announced it was stopping the reproduction of the latter. How would that be different for dolphins?

According to the dolphinarium, the minister would not be competent to make this decree that she did not validate, however her competence was not put into question when the matter of taking an order deciding the end of the detention of orcas arose!

It is still the same park that holds polar bears in sunny enclosures and claims to anyone who wants to hear it that they live there like fish in water...

One Voice will do its utmost to ensure that the order is maintained without concessions. Too many dolphins have already suffered.

Cet arrêté ne doit absolument pas être remis en question par qui que ce soit c'est une véritable honte que d'exploiter des animaux dont ici des dauphins qui se doivent "d'amuser et distraire des imbéciles sans cervelle" car il ne faut pas être très intelligent et réfléchi pour apprécier que des animaux soient rendus esclaves d'humains, soient rabaissés, humiliés et considérés comme "objets de distraction ou de divertissement". Les autorités françaises ne doivent plus fléchir devant la souffrance et l'exploitation animale, mais soutenir, protéger et interdire définitivement toutes exploitations d'animaux dans tous domaines et les dauphins n'ont rien à faire dans de sordides bassins où ils sont enfermés et emprisonnés à vie, privés de liberté, privés d'échanges et d'épanouissement avec les leurs pour remplir les poches de personnages sans aucun scrupule, sans aucune conscience ni intelligence. Il est plus que temps que les animaux puissent vivre en paix et en toute liberté dans leurs environnements naturels et aux humains de cesser de vouloir tout dominer, tout contrôler, de cesser d'envahir les habitats des animaux.
Il en en va du devoir des parents que d'inculquer à leurs enfants le respect de TOUTE VIE ANIMALE qui est autant importante et qui a autant de valeur que la vie humaine.
Je remercie infiniment ONE VOICE pour ce combat d'une importance capitale afin que les dauphins et orques vivent enfin libres !

stop laissez ces dauphins et autres animaux en liberté dans leurs milieux naturels c'est leur vie qui est en péril ; laissez les tranquille et libérez les ; rien de plus beau que de les voir nager au loin avec leurs familles respectez les comme eux ils nous respectent !!
